Gleason® 245TWG Gear Grinder

Reishauer® RZ300E

Complimenting other recent additions is the Reishauer® RZ300E, high precision
gear grinder. A state-of-the-art machine known for its accuracy and short set-up
times, the Reishauer RZ300E is also capable of grinding gear segments, gears
with intermittent teeth, pump gears having low numbers of teeth, and is
especially desirable for salvage grinding.
- Unique electronic centering, virtually assuring uniform stock removal on opposing flanks - An especially important feature when attempting to salvage grind parts or when removing severe distortions caused by heat treatment
- The dynamics of a variable-frequency drive wheel spindle, sending electronic impulses to the rotary encoders, further assures the ultimate accuracy in the kinematics of the equipment

Gleason TAG 400 CNC Spur and Helical Gear Grinder

Utilizing the latest in CNC technology via the Gleason TAG 400, Niagara Gear offers the ultimate in quality and performance on gears ranging from 4 DP through 38 DP, to AGMA Class 14 or DIN Equivalent. Full 8 axis control provides completely automatic cycling for continuous and incremental wheel shifting, constant dynamic wheel balancing, and contour wheel dressing with automatic size compensation. Further improvements in production are achieved through "multiple thread" grinding cycles.
Cincinnati Milacron CNC Cylindrical Step Grinder

Our advanced angle-head OD step grinder is equipped with Cincinnati's ACRAMATIC 760G Control which can interpolate two axes simultaneously, allowing accurate grinding of multiple diameters and forms. Additional features include automatic dressing and in-process gaging to assure required accuracy and part-to-part consistency.
Toyoda GL4A-100II CNC Cylindrical Grinder
Featuring a hydrostatic spindle and slideway bearings with a patented floating wheelhead feed, this machine offers the ultimate in accuracy and efficiency. Incorporated with the angle-head principle is a two-axis, simultaneous feed mechanism that allows an almost unlimited variety of grinding or dressing shapes and patterns. Capable of achieving minimum feed increments to .00001", accuracies are further enhanced by jump on gaging for both diameter and face width.
SNI #2SN-2XC-30 CNC 2-Axis Internal Grinder
A two-spindle CNC internal grinder, the SNI features state-of-the-art Allen-Bradley drives and controls with customized software. Together with infinitely variable, high frequency Gamfor spindles, this arrangement provides process capability for grinding of bores (straight or taper), counterbores (with or without radii) and multiple faces. Positioning accuracies within .000004" are achieved via the Heidenhain glass scales. Rotational accuracy of .000050" or better is accomplished via a precision flange type spindle with anti-friction bearings. Rounding it off is a Micro-Centric workholding system capable of .0001 TIR maximum repeatability at 2,000 RPM.
Richardon R200 (300) CNC Hobbing Machine
Capable of producing a full range of generated gear teeth and profiles up to 12" diameter, this machine offers the ultimate in productivity. With the latest in CNC and motion control technology, cycles offered include radial, radial-tangential, radial-axial, crowning, tapered, multiple gears and single or double-cut. Data storage and retrieval provides for quick set-up and lot-to-lot consistency. The addition of a unique hydraulic loading device further optimizes the loading and unloading of parts.
